Lisa Koepke, M.Ed., LPC Associate Counselor
Hello! My name is Lisa Koepke. I am a licensed professional counselor associate supervised by Tina Souder, M.Ed., LPC-S. I have a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in counseling, both from West Texas A&M University. I have spent 24 years working with children, adolescents, and their families as a teacher, and the last five years as a counselor. I recently retired from the school system after working as the counselor for Memphis Middle School and Memphis High School. I have a lot of experience helping students in their social and emotional development, as well as providing academic support and guiding them in their post-graduation plans. During my graduate internship, I had the privilege to work with adults of all ages who were struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and severe mental illness. I found that I truly enjoyed helping hurting adults to heal and restore hope in their lives through the process of therapy. I believe that God has equipped all of us with the strengths and abilities we need to live life to the fullest. I would be honored to help you realize that potential as we strive to identify and change negative thought patterns that could be stealing your joy. I look forward to providing a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere where we can build a genuine, caring relationship.
