My name is Tina Souder.  I am a licensed counselor in the state of Texas and have been seeing individuals and families in the Texas Panhandle since 2011.  I am the owner of Rolling Plains Counseling & Wellness Center and started this business to better meet the counseling needs of our panhandle communities.   I am a licensed supervisor for associate counselors working towards full licensure.  I am also a trained mediator and can provide both family and civil mediation services.  We also have drug testing capabilities to provide a more local service to those who undergo drug testing for either their jobs or for their required services.  We currently have 5 counselors on staff and two drug testing collectors on staff.  Take a look at my personal website for more information in regards to the counseling, mediation, parenting facilitation and parenting coordination services that I offer in Childress, Wellington and Pampa.    Read more below about our team members on staff and the vast experiences possessed by each.  Our team offers counseling services to individual adults, adolescents and children; along with family counseling services, and couples counseling.  Counseling associates are licensed as associates and under my supervision until they reach the completion of their required hours towards full licensure.   Reach out to us today and we will set you up with someone that will best fit your needs.

Lisa Koepke, M.Ed.,
LPC Associate Counselor

Hello! My name is Lisa Koepke. I am a licensed professional counselor associate supervised by Tina Souder, M.Ed., LPC-S. I have a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in counseling, both from West Texas A&M University. I have spent 24 years working with children, adolescents, and their families as a teacher, and the last five years as a counselor. I am currently the counselor for Memphis Middle School and Memphis High School. I help students in their social and emotional development, as well as providing academic support and guiding them in their post-graduation plans. During my graduate internship, I had the privilege to work with adults of all ages who were struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and severe mental illness. I found that I truly enjoyed helping hurting adults to heal and restore hope in their lives through the process of therapy. I believe that God has equipped all of us with the strengths and abilities we need to live life to the fullest. I would be honored to help you realize that potential as we strive to identify and change negative thought patterns that could be stealing your joy. I look forward to providing a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere where we can build a genuine, caring relationship.
